mOii :Hi i'm calling from XXX company,and this's regards to the enquiry which i had faxed it to her company the day before.

LADY(damm40YearsOldVirgin):That one arh.i already told you that we're too busy to quote that.

mOii:i neither hear from you nor even receive a call from your company.

LADY(damm40YearsOldVirgin):If we dont reply your enquiry mean we have no time for that.

I was sOo fcukin pissed off at her 0/10 customer service skill,even failed in every aspect.
Either i would sack her or send her to a skill centre class(KinderGardenLevel) llol if
i were her boss.Noone has even teach her the manner as in courtesy..?%#1? F lo...

mOii:then if so,can at least call us to inform us about it.At least that 's an act of courtesy.

Complained to moii colledges,and they felt the same way too..

Heard from mOii colledges that my another friend also experience that too.

Plus guess what she told her.

no news or jobs given to us,but to others.

So we decide not to quote for your company.

(I feel that they suppose that we were making fun out of them)

Please lor,even there no jobs nor news given at least good services provided for us.

Second incident:

Dont ask mOi why i met alot of wirEd-up people ..
i also wonder why..lol


mOii boss asked moii to find a customer's company details.

And there i set to go and searched for it..

Found their details via moi friend's pc.

But then there are no names or so fro as to attn to whoever..

dot dot..try to call up the company which located in Malaysia.

Called up the company of their first line,and found out that their ENGLISH
is sOoo ununderstandable.
Transfer your call without asking u to wait for a moment while they transfer.

Often they would hang up moii phone when transfer.. ............(feeling coldness..ARH ARH)

Feeling abit annoyed,i called up the second line found.

Guess what ..Creepy,and horrorific thing had came hamming in ...

mOIi:HELLO!! im calling from XXX company,can i look or mR so and so..

Gal:HUH!!

mOii:hmm is this XXX company?

Gal: WAHAHHAHA(in a sharp,eeric laughing sound)

Of course i hanged up the damm call,and told moii boss who sat behind moii what happened just nw in the phone.

Allof them laugh at mOii sia..sian zlo
but then they understand sometimes i really called up strange ppl in the phone.
Wondering is it tooo fcuking bored in the office that they would become like that haha..
